Throughout the year, the Fuller Center hosts several signature events and numerous community events. Your support through these events supports the many programs and services provided to the children and families at our campuses. Every dollar raised at these events puts us one step closer to securing the future of the children we serve.
Our events offer a great opportunity for individual donors and corporations to come together to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. There are many ways you can help support our events! Become a sponsor, attend the event, purchase a program advertisement, underwrite specific expenses, or donate your time. For more information about ways in which you can be involved, please contact Alana Lagerström at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We need rituals now more than ever. We count on them. Rituals provide an anchor when the seas are rough, and they remind us we are part of a family when life feels topsy-turvy. Research shows that regular and dependable rituals can help families remain resilient during difficult times. It’s clear the world needs to COME TOGETHER right now and, with families spending more time with one another during the COVID crisis we saw an opportunity to revisit the importance of the family dinner by harnessing the power of community, friendship and family. We may not be able to gather together but we can gather, in small groups in our homes and in our hearts as we GIVE THANKS TOGETHER while enjoying a delicious hot meal!
Save the date for Saturday, November 7, 2020 for this new exciting event concept.
Since its launch in 2006, the Wee Dream Ball has become a community favorite and a staple event for the Centers. The evening’s elegant décor and high-energy atmosphere combine to create a dazzling, not-to-be-missed event, where friends come together to kick-off the holiday season. The Wee Dream Ball has been heralded as one of the “Top Ten Galas” of Palm Beach County.
We realize that all of us are in this together- the success of this event is largely due to the support and participation from all of our supporters and attendees. After speaking with our dedicated Board of Directors and members of the community, we feel that an in-person event is not wise at this time.
We look forward to the day when we can all gather again when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, Fuller Center remains steadfast in its commitment to the health and safety of our children, families, community, and supporters.
Please save the date for Friday, December 3, 2021 as we celebrate the agency’s 50th year anniversary.
Our Men with Caring Hearts Awards Luncheon is truly unique to the community. The luncheon provides an opportunity for local non-profit organizations to recognize and thank the male volunteers who improve the lives of others in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. In addition to recognizing outstanding male volunteers in both adult and youth categories, the Fuller Center awards two other special honors: one male is recognized as truly having the “Biggest Heart” and the other as our “Lifetime Achievement.” More than 400 guests will gather at Boca West Country Club to attend the event.
In this time of economic instability and uncertainty, all of us are doing our best to maintain the financial stability of our agencies. After much thought and consideration for our participating nonprofits, their nominees, and the health and safety of the community – it is with heavy hearts that we have decided to postpone the 2020 Men with Caring Hearts Awards Ceremony originally scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2020.
Please save the date for Friday, April 16, 2021 as we celebrate the 2020-2021 Men with Caring Hearts Nominees & Honorees.
In addition to our signature events, the Fuller Center also partners with various individual and corporate groups throughout the year to produce a wide variety of community events. Stay tuned for different events throughout the year!
