Bolay to Bring their Flavorful, Superfood Bowls to Boca Raton in January

Restaurant Will Mark Third Opening in Less Than One Year for Outback Co-Founder’s Son, Chris Gannon

BOCA RATON, Fla. (January 27, 2016) — Just in time for New Year’s resolutions, Bolay, South Florida’s hottest new build-your-own superfoods bowl restaurant, will open their third location in Palm Beach County located at the Polo Club Shoppes in Boca Raton on Friday, January 27 at 5030 Champion Boulevard, Suite G1D at 11 a.m.

To celebrate, Bolay will be offering the first 25 guests in line a free catered party for up to 10 people at a date and location of their choosing. Additionally, from 11 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on opening day, Bolay will donate 20 percent of sales to Florence Fuller Development Center, whose mission is to provide quality childcare, early education programs and family support programs in Palm Beach County.

Since 1971, Fuller Child Development Centers’ (FFCDC) goal is to prioritize the quality education and overall health of more than 700 economically disadvantaged children.  Our mission is making a difference through education for economically challenged children and families to build a positive future in our community.  Programs include child care, pre-kindergarten, after school, summer camps, family support and health and wellness. Every day, more than 500 working-poor, service industry parents bring their children to FFCDC’s enriching environment so they can continue working toward breaking the cycle of poverty. FFCDC also contributes to the economic stability of the community by employing more than 110 individuals, thus contributing a comprehensive, impactful cornerstone for a healthy society. We are located at two campuses in Boca Raton. East Campus: 200 NE 14th St, Boca Raton, FL 33432 and our West Campus: 10130 185th St S, Boca Raton, FL 33498.

“My father and I are thrilled to continue innovating and expanding our build-your-own bowl experience further south by offering the perfect balance of tasty and creative zest to our guests,” says Chris Gannon.  “This third opening is a personal milestone for me. My father only opened two Outback Steakhouses in its first year of existence and my goal was to beat or match his original grand opening record and we did.”

Diners can select from a variety of seared proteins and vegan-friendly fresh sides. Bases for bowls include Gluten-Free Cilantro Noodles, Peruvian Quinoa, and Marinated Kale & Currant Salad, and add vegetables such as Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Smoky Cauliflower, and Cajun Sweet Potatoes.

Proteins such as Ponzu Tuna, Caribbean Spiced Steak, Lemon Chicken and Miso-glazed Tofu offer a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste. To top it off, guests can choose from an assortment of sauces and toppings including Cilantro Pesto, Spicy Thai, Minted Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Crumbles and Parmesan cheese.

Bowls can be paired with a selection of refreshing cold-pressed juices and infused teas and indulge in guilt-free desserts such as Chocolate Mousse, Peanut Butter Pot de Crème, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, and a berry cobbler with gluten-free walnut crust.

The restaurant will also offer online ordering at eatbolay.com where guests can order ahead of time for convenience. Diners can also take advantage of catering services to homes, offices, event spaces, galas and weddings throughout the greater Palm Beach area.  To book a catering order or inquire for more information, please visit www.eatbolay.com .

Bolay will be open from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. seven days a week and can be reached at 561.609.1781
